This blog is about my experiences as a first time coach who is coaching a 15-under girls provincial tiered volleyball team. Apart from my experiences, it will also have examples of volleyball drills and links to interesting volleyball information.  My hope is that this blog will inform and guide coaches of all experience levels. I’d love to hear your feedback even if you have no interest in volleyball or sports. There is so much to be learned from coaches of all expertise!
